I've got a better idea..Social Media. Think about it...do I call Ford and tell my experience to one person who will probably dismiss it as just another pissed off customer OR put it out there for everyone to read on forums like this one and let them form they're own opinion? Yep, from my experience with calling Ford, they could care less. They sub out customer service to contractors that aren't even employees. That right there should show you how much corporate Ford cares.

Better be careful with that , they could possibly come back and slap a lawsuit against you for slander.


I wish I would have printed off the vehicles they had on order PRIOR to you telling them you wanted to cancel the order they never submitted. That's where you gotta be careful. Since you cancelled your order.

Just remember, it isn't slander if you're telling the truth. During the whole process, I communicated through email. Everything is documented. I'm typically not a person who bashes people for ***** & giggles. However, I'm not just gonna roll over and let it happen to someone else. Too many salesman are out there to screw people like you and me. I can't speak for everyone, but the only person allowed to screw me is Mrs. SVTBOB18.
