The biggest benefit of SO is that you have more ground clearance. Another thing is that our kit is all bolt on. The main worry for SO is axle wrap, we actually remove the factory block on our kit so this is not an issue. Most reasons for SU is for more travel and spring available. We are getting 17'' of travel out of our kit so we feel pretty good about the travel issue.

Im sure many will argue in which one is better being its a common debate. For us we feel it is the best option to use being we love our ground clearance and bolt on is easy. If you come to Raptoberfest you are more than welcome to take a look and ride in our raptor!

I rode your set up with the VORE raptor at vegas and i like how it looks, i have a question it was the truck higher than stock ride heigh?

All of our suspension rides at stock height. If it was higher, it was something they had done to it. Ill have to check with mike next time we are there.

Finished up the detail work yesterday, the fenders are back from paint and the alignment should be done Monday.

I welded tabs to the frame for the external bypass reservoirs.

And tabs to the engine cage for the coilover reservoirs.

Hey with the install of the rail mount for the suspension bucket support.
Do you need to get rid off water reservoir?
If it needs to be removed, can a smaller one be fit somewhere there?
Hey have you meassure the actual track width of the truck right now?

This could help as a windshield washer reservoir. It is for a polaris ranger or rzr

Do you mean the coolant reservoir ?
If so, no it cleared the engine cage. Not by much though.

The windshield washer tank got hit by the tire when the suspension compressed. So I replaced it with a smaller universal tank purchased from ebay.

91" from the edge of the tire.

Ok, washer has to be replaced by a smaller one, no problem then.
Where i live dust, rain and mud is always at the windshield, unless i use rain x that it will help a bit.

I'm just finishing up a brenthel long travel install, and as there's virtually no information out there on these, I thought I'd share a few pics and my experiences so far.

So after having this kit on now, How do you think it compares to the Outlaw LT kit? I'm going back in fourth on what kit to jump on..

I've not owned the outlaw kit, so can only give a comparison based on my experiences with the brenthel.
The outlaw requires a ton more fabrication work, but the end result looks like it would be potentially more durable. A lt kit is only as good as the guy that installed it, you can get hardly better than stock travel if you don't take the time to clearance everything and check angles/clearances. Lots more margin for error with the outlaw kit.
So if you do it yourself, more time and trouble. If you're having it done somewhere, more money.

As far as performance goes, I think the only way you could start to want more with the brenthel is if you fully caged the truck, four linked it, and used it as a dedicated whoop banger on weekends. But your going to go 2wd at that point anyways.
With a standard 3.0 rear shock, bumps and deavers, the front outperforms the rear at least 3:1.
It is awesome.
I feel zero need for more capability up front, now, or even after four linking it in the future.
