I think youll be fine. Mine was built on 5/31 and there wasnt any rust. Everything was painted and clean.

my 65k mile gen 1 built in canada and spent its life in salt lake has less rust than this, this is just sad

That is pretty bad. Unreal that they prepped it and unloaded it on you. There is no way they didn't see that.
