Ive used the Black Wax product with great success. On my black SCrew, I haven't seen any discoloration of the gray parts like the flares, and have no issue with the product, other than it can take some buffing to remove completely. I have another black car with some rock chips and it works great and doesn't result in white dots over the nose. What I have gravitated to, that I find truly superior, is the Meguiars Ultimate wax. This stuff is awesome!. I use it on everything, window trim, plastic, bumper plastic, everything except the tires...might even try that too, LOL. I have found that the Ultimate goes on clear, dries clear and comes off very easily without a lot of buffing. I do have a tub of the natural Carnuba and the jury is still out on it for me. I also clay my truck at least twice a year and then use the Ultimate. Love the result.
No, i don't work for Meguiars.
