I'd say "SCREW" that dealer. The damage from publicly trying to gouge customers and ruining any regard their customers have for them is going to cost them way more than $20K. Even for those shopping for other vehicles...it's a display of their attitude. I'd be thinking twice about using that shop as well. If the top people have this as their sales plan how much padding goes into a bill for maintenance?
