On '17 buffed out scratches and did XPel over. On '20 did rappygraphics matte black wrap. Both are good options.

Rappy graphics has the B-pillar decals. Several to choose from. rappygraphics.com

When I first got my truck new brought it to the guy I've used before on other vehicles for PPF/tints/wraps - went in for window tints & PPF on bunper/hood/fenders & he wound up talking me into the B pillars said "you'll thank me, these will scratch immediately I've seen it before" & I guess he was right lol
