Instructions are crap. Site implies they are a wet application, but they are just stickers. Clean, alcohol swab, apply carefully. Smooth them out with something softish and get them warm in the sun or carefully with a heat gun. You don't want them too hot or they will turn to goo.
Lining them up is a bit of a trick. Maybe there is a technique, but I sure don't know.
Ive had them on for a few months and no branch scratches or signs of washing marks etc. I was going to go carbon, but am happy w flat black.
Damn...wet would have been 1000x easier. Good to know. I contacted them since no instructions in the box and they said dry.
An 'improvement opportunity'.

You might want to ask them to make sure wet is ok....they are very helpful when call or email.
So the recently closed thread calling the Truck a PoS did highlight one complaint I had this weekend after washing my 2020 the first time. The black gloss pillars already have micro scratches all over them. I used a self wash and dried with a soft towel. How are people handling these? Is there a way to buff it out easily? Read some people get it wrapped. Is this a DIY project?
that link does not take you anywhere. And tuffskinz (without the "s" at the end) sells covers for outboard motors.tuffskinzs.com
