Nearing 40k and same. Well, I did have the tcase seal leak, not sure if bad part from factory or por15 I accidentally got on it.

I've seen 4 trucks with over 120k and no issues. One is a friend that does a lot of hunting and offroading, so he's put the truck through its paces.

Ive run this truck quite hard, and all breakages have been random cheap shit unrelated to said hard running

I've only had 2 of those issues currently @ 42K miles.
1. The b-pillars scratch easy. I was planning on getting them wrapped but never did. They buff out easy with my D/A polisher.
2. The stock tires sucked. Sold them @ 18K miles about half tread.

None of those issues is going to get a truck lemon law’d, which is a very rigorous process in many states and involves very specific criteria for eligibility.

Some states have a Lemon Law. Maine is one of them.
Lemon law for that? I don’t think so. The pillars and wheel being messed up would have more to do with the owner than ford....

Ford choose them for road ride quality and fuel efficiency, as they are just barely serviceable for offroad use. I got 27k out of mine, and 38 miles at the track chunked them so as to ruin them. My new Cooper ST Maxxes are so much better in just about every category. Tiny bit less mpg and a bit heavier, but way more traction in every condition.

The toyos are good so I hear, but are really heavy, so keep that in mind. I decided against both Toyo and Nitto for that reason.

Cooper S/T Maxxes are not the same class tire as the KO2's. Apples & oranges.

Which just highlights how bad the crap-02s are, seeing as a more aggressive tire is better in just about every way, and comparable in the two ways it differs.

So the Tremor comes stock with 35” Duratracs, which would you rather have stock on the Raptor, KO2s or Duratracs? Both are at light weight 35..

I have absolutely no way to quantify this, but I would have to believe that at least 99.9% of all Combined Gen2 Raptor mileage is on the road vs off-road.
