We still on this?

Hell I'm about to add another Sundown Audio SALT 4K amp so I can run one 4k to one 12" and the sister 4K to the other. Which means I'll need to double my lithium so going to order another bank and integrate everything with a beautifully polished buss bar between the banks. :)

That's around 7,200w combined if the 90% efficiency holds true. I would be worried about the elasticity of the aluminum body with the amount of sound that would produce.

Think it broke my moon roof today. Atleast the sunshade crunched and plastic fell. This isn't counting the mid/highs Sundown SALT amp.
This on one 4k....will be crazier on two.

Put grills on the subs and invite various concubines to ride in the back of the truck:Big Laugh:

Hey y’all,

Just picked up my new 21 raptor with the B&O unleashed sounds system, I saw it has a sub behind the wide rear seats but was curious if anyone has done anything to add a bigger/more powerful sub. I am a bass head and love the extra richness an aftermarket sub can add and saw some guys modifying their stock f150s to add a sub but with the top tier B&O system I wonder what issues could arise by modifying it. I was thinking of using the existing wires to the sub/amp and adding in another or replacing the existing one.

Any thoughts or comments are welcome, it might be best to leave it due to the warranty void issue potential but I was just curious if anyone else has thought about it.

Cheers!

I just posted the system I pulled out of my 2018 it’s a JL audio amp 1000/5 and 2 JL 12s in a customer leather wrapped box that matches interior perfectly. Bass was insane. Has a mounting plate designed for behind the rear seat. Everything you need minus the large power and ground wires. Does that box transfer to the Gen 3s?
What are you looking to get? Selling each individually or entire package?

That looks awesome, nice clean mounting piece by the way! Are you running the factory gen3 B&O unleashed speakers through the amp? Also are you using a ZEN NAV TV to convert the audio from the head unit to the amp, or are you using the output from the factory amp? Are you using all the speakers in the truck?

I was wondering about this because I was thinking of starting out with the NAV TV device and an amp and sub but sticking with the factory speakers. Does anyone know if this is possible and will work decent until I can do the rest of the system? @goblues38
