Beautiful truck and nice mod list so far.... but that R8. :mfr_omg:
Get a @GooseTuned.

Ya, I've had a lot of cars and it's easily my favorite for a lot of reasons. It's going to be around a while.

Good looking Rap.
No A Pillar lights? C’mon...

:hahano:

They're ordered a swear! Backordered everywhere

You were able to fit the Alcon’s with the. Stock 17’s or did you get bigger rims?

I measured the Alcon's when they arrived and they will fit. Looks like others did the same

Another previous r8 owner?!

Is that a thing here!? lol

That looks awesome! I almost pulled the trigger on a 2018 last year, great color combination with the wheels

Might as well include mine and yes, I drive the $%#& out of it year-round in the PNW on the road and track.

Wheels Ordered - 1.18.22
-Enkei RPT1s in Gloss Black (17x9, 6x135, ET12)
-Will transfer the K02s and TPMS over.
-A set of bare 2020 bead locks will be for sale soon

Why did I choose these?
1. They're insanely light compared to other options (24lbs each vs 37lbs or something crazy for my stock wheels). Most others are a few lbs heavier and from racing, rotational mass counts a lot more than people might think. Napkin rotating mass math is 13lbs per corner x4 = 52lbs removed x10 rotational force = equivalent to removing 520lbs from the vehicle. Not a perfect calculation and there are a lot more variables to argue over, but that should be noticeable in braking, cornering, and acceleration.
2. Size and offsets of these wheels mean no rubbing at stock height and especially when we add the Eibach springs and Deavers
3. Open spokes are easier to keep clean
4. Aesthetics, I like the design
5. I got a killer deal

Photos from Enkei's website of some dude named Kris's truck. Also, looks like they only come in matte gunmetal now?

Awesome, cant go wrong with the RPT1's! What do you think of TE37XT's? Looks like they come in at 19lbs each

The Volks look and probably perform awesome, you can't beat lightweight forged. If I had started on those that's probably where I would have ended up but I was looking for a 17” and I’ve already got new K02s - they also price out at about twice the price of the Enkei's. Might be worth it for some as that's one heck of a wheel.
