Just an update that my tires were replaced under warranty and nothing charged to me. Ford also warrantied one of my fender flares which had an issue with the clear bubbling (it looked like a blister about the size of a dime). Overall a good day! :)

Dealer told me he had to call a bfg rep and if the rep couldn't respond he would have to remove my tires and send them back east and I would have to buy new ones until bfg figured out what they do. I laughed. Dealer then told me to take it to a tire shop and see if they could warranty them what a joke.

Follow the instructions in your tire warranty book. The dealer normally doesn't get too involved. The process that worked for me (and as defined in the tire warranty book) is to open a ticket with BFG on their website. Soon, I was sent an email from BFG saying I needed to take it to one of three tire stores near me (not a dealership). The manager at the tire store is to inspect your tires and get on the phone with BFG while you are there. Within 10 minutes I had an offer from BFG. I told them their offer wasn't interesting me and they made a better offer (damn near free replacement).

RTFM.
