Not knocking their effort because I have been a Sirius share holder for 3 years now...but when I called last October to renew my yearly subscription I got the "promo" rate of $85 for 12 months. Today I noticed a charge of $157 on my CC statement.
I did not authorize them to retain my credit card information and I did not approve the renewal. I called them right away and they were very helpful.
The man refunded me the $72 and gave me the same price as last year without any hassles. I'm very pleased with their customer service but just keep your eye out for this. I did not receive any mail or email notification of the charge.
