Best front spacers?

You have to pull the coil over off anyways to put the spacer on so y not do a perch you don't have to buy a perch and you need one alignment if you are planning to go to perch in the future but to answer your question I know it wasn't a raptor but my old f150 2004 had the rough country and I off roaded it plenty of times, it was like hard plastic and was fine never had an issue

I've seen the aluminum blocks crack overtime in just regular f150's, but for what your wife will use it for, you should be fine. I wouldn't sweat it.
