Best all around headers and exhaust

i had 0 drone with the xtreme, exterior noise different story though...but never bothered me in the cab at all...drone is one of those things that depends on the person...for me there was none, to someone else there may be a lot...

We have installed every system under the sun for a Raptor at our facility. My recommendation is Kooks True Dual full exhaust. It sounds the best IMO and fits better hands down. The performance gains we have seen sometimes result in 40+ RWHP! More than any other system as well. If you have any questions about Kooks or the other systems mentioned just let us know. jimIII is 100% correct I went Kooks headers and Y pipe and tried 3 different exhausts before I finally went Kooks true dual set up, outstanding quality and fit and quieter than stock until you lay into it and its not overwhelmingly loud like corsa and borla and especially MBRP, I'm supercharged so I have very little drone but very livable. There was a great deal in the garage sale for a set of Kooks and Y pipe new in box willing to ship.

I have the stainless works LT headers and true dual exhaust. It's loud. I get a lot of good complements on it. Does it have drone, yes.

On the dyno I saw about 35 hp over stock. That is with a custom performance tune and stock intake.

Is the Kooks full dual system CARB legal in California - does it have tag so it will pass smog?

If so does anyone have Kooks headers and dual exhaust in Orange County CA - looking to see what the system sounds like and what it sounds like in the cab under driving conditions.

I leave for work at 5:15 to 5:30 a.m. every morning so I need something that is not much louder than stock under light throttle, so I can get out of the neighborhood without waking the wife or the neighbors.

I'm in nor-cal and have the Kooks and no not Ca legal but call Jeff at SVC they just installed a kooks full system you my be able to go check it out there they are in so-cal

I have my truck registered in PA, and for inspection (emissions), I have to have the exhaust exit the body of the truck.... otherwise, I'd dump it like the way you have yours.
