Same problem with Raptor and a different vehicle.
I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with the same problem.
My dealer is a Ford/Jeep dealer.
The Jeep has a second battery that is for the start/stop system and will give the same message if not driven in a while
I had the same thing happen to my Raptor after not being driven for a while
Both were at the dealers and here's what they did and told me to do.
They had checked the charging and starting systems in both and everything was fine. Batteries were fine. They had done a hard reset on both and now if it happens again, which it did. I should continue to drive the vehicle like normal and it will automatically reset itself.
So far it has worked on both of my vehicles, but I have put a battery tender on my Raptor and have not had the problem since.
The wife drives the Jeep a little bit more then usual and there has not been a problem.
According to the dealer due to what's happening in the world right now they are seeing a lot of this because of vehicles sitting
Hopefully yours is the same issue
