At what voltage does the PCM kick on the battery warning? I was driving on highway at 65 mph and the battery light on the dash came on. Very random. I grabbed by tuner real quick as it shows the current voltage in the "about" menu. I was around 12.55 or 12.60 volts. I did look again later and I was closer to 13 volts.

Just curious when the battery light does kick on.

TIA

not sure on that. however you should check the voltage and amperage coming from the alternator while it is running. also check the battery.

Not sure what voltage the light comes on at. The battery should be charging between 13.5 and 14.5 while driving. 12.6 to 12.8 with a full charge. A voltmeter will be your friend.
