We were up here in Jul-2019. The area had had record snowfall. This entire corridor along the Million Dollar Hwy, is so 4x4 friendly, that they Plow the 4x4 Trails to allow the tourists Trail access.
The Avalanche Fields and their Destruction was visible everywhere. Pretty much every 4X4 Trail and 4X Foot Trail above 10K was snowed in. The number of trees that are Destroyed by the Avalanches was sad to see :( It looks like patches of Clear-Cutting...

Great photos as usual John. The trail is definitely narrow and this photo of yours is very close to where I put a large dent in the floor pan of my old Explorer Sport via a goodly sized rock while yielding to a vehicle coming down the trail. Raptor would have cleared it but not the Explorer. My fault for not looking at what was in the ditch next to the cut when I pulled over and I drove right over it after yielding. At least it was under the vehicle and not on the rocker panel. So a 5 lb sledge and 2x4 along with some percussive maintenance after we got back in town took care of it. Sometimes it’s useful to be a recovering geologist. :D
