1. Did you combine your trigger wires from the factory aux bundle as well as the positive output for your aux lights into that single 12 pin DT connector?

2. Are you grounding your lights closer to where they are mounted?

For the Baja Squadron Pro fogs and driving lights, I just used the factory Ford connectors and those lights do not go through relays. Those 2 circuits (factory fox switch and Aux1) have not blown fuses powering the Squadron Pros so I just left them directly wired. So Relay #1 in my relay box is not being used.

Yes, I always ground stuff as close to the device as possible. It's funny when you sometimes see someone do an install and then they run a ground wire all the way from the back of their truck up to the battery—LOL.

Dug into mine last night. Pinning the relay box is kind of therapeutic!
