I just installed the S8 30” to complement the fog pocket pro array. Did two nights of off roading this weekend and everything works awesome. Hope you get yours sorted. P.S. I thought the amber running lights would be kind of cheesy. Glad I hooked them up...love ‘em! Aux 5 will be switched on from here on out.

You hooked the amber running lights to Aux 5? I have it on Aux 6, but will shortly need to remove that for use by another light. What is the best way to keep the amber running lights on with the lights?

Not to completely hijack this thread, I love my BD lights. I have probably too many of them, Fogs unlimited, the lower grille BD light, and the S8 in the grille, plus the rear back up lights. They are great and customer service for BD and their resellers are stellar. OP, let us know the outcome here.

Yes, Aux 5. Or Aux 6...any 5 amp toggle. The Aux switches are one of two options. The other being to wire directly into the running lights. I'm guessing BD has designed the S8 to toggle-off amber running mode when you flip on spot/driving/combo (etc) mode. Hopefully no one would ever see, look for, want to see, or be subjected to noticing the cool amber lights in the sea of white light when you have 20K lumens (all of your BD lights) frying bacon. ;-)
