Back to back dog crates in the rear seat anyone have a recommendation

I don't think you have any chance of fitting two doberman sized crates, even if they are soft sided. You just have the wrong vehicle for that. What about a setup in the bed of the truck?

I have two Gunner kennels in medium size that fit but we have two French bulldogs

Well I was able to fit two plastic crates. They have to be the perfect size. A medium for the girl longitudinal behind the driver seat with a side door for the girl. She is about 62#. The driver seat has to me moved forward to install then back into place. If you are 6-2 your seat probably won’t go back. The other large crate goes in the other side Barely fits through the door, crossways with an end door for the make 85#

my two girls normally just hop on the back seats with a cover on it. it is a pain in the ass to clean up after though... fur gets everywhere. might have to look into crates.

sometime we ride only one in a crate and one loose in the back seats folded up . but for long trips of several hours we use two crates. also when my wife takes them for training or trials we need to have the crates
