While waiting for some items for the water tank to arrive. I decided to make a 20 gallon aux refueling tank to take up the space were the spare used to sit.
.175” thick aluminum, very heavy duty with baffles and a in tank low pressure fuel pump pickup that will feed into the oem fuel filler neck on a -6an line with a check valve. The vent lines will go to a charcoal canister and then to an engine vacum source. Tank Fills the same space as the spare does depth wise so I should be alright on the trails around here. I used the tire winch to lift it and will get bolted to the frame at numerous places. This will all get pressure tested and por15 after. Hope this gives out ideals.

Also finished the fuel tank and the intank setup. Also pressure tested and coated. Im still waiting for the level sensor to arrive and the -6an line and fitting so I can start plumbing it into the OEM filler tube.
- when I get more time I will make a charcoal canister and mount that somewere under the bed.

Still at it. Since last update I final installed both the aux fuel tank and water tank. After this it was wiring time and this snowballed alot out of control.
I have a air compressor an tank a friend gave me so I decided to mount this up as well. Also made a in bed spare tire mount so the spare will provide some protection to the compressor. All the wiring will feed into a control box that mounted on the headache rack cross beam.
Pretty happy with the outcome.
