Booked my truck in to do the "replace a leaf" for tomorrow, I don't want much extra height in the back so I am going to replace the middle leaf with a longer, thicker one

Add a leaf and get a smaller block?

Hi,

I just get in touch with a shop that will add me a leaf on my truck but it will get my tuck 1-1.5in higher and i don't want that, Someone have tried to add a leaf and put a smaller block so both modification will help with axle wrap and get the truck at oem height?

Do smaller block from other ford truck fit on our raptor? That will be a cheaper way

Thanks
Joe

Joe, look at going Deaver +2's (similar to factory height) or go +3's and do the Camburg drop shackle. Deavers eliminate the block all together and the ride is MUCH improved.

Damm I thought that will remove that wheel hop!...I don't really want to put 1300$ on my truck right now so that why i would like to try a leaf and a little smaller block...And shackle is probably an other idea!...That wheel hop drive me crazy!!!!

Any suggestion on smaller block? Other truck or aftermarket?

Thanks!!

Yep, traction bars. But then you don't want to off-road with them. Pick your poison
