In need of some guidance. I recently jumped my 2019 gen 2 a few times. Stock suspension other than eibach springs in front. After a few sends, heard a bad noise in the truck on landing. Come to notice my stock leaf springs were totally shot, center pins blown off the leaf pack and not positioned correctly on the axle. Drive shaft was also scored somehow. Rear wheels were cocked to the passenger side. With quick help from the guys at KHC they got me somewhat straightened up and i drove 10 hours home at 70mph. Truck was making bad vibration and noise. Fast forward two weeks, didnt drive the truck, I got deavers delivered. Got the deavers installed on the truck. Did the driver side first, it all bolted up fine, stock spring was shot. Then we did the passenger side. First thing we noticed is we had to push bottom of the strut pretty hard to get it to bolt up with the axle. Then we noticed the leaf spring didnt seem fully engaged with the perch on the axle where the center pins go. We had to really snap down on the U-bolts to suck the center pins of the leaf pack and the axle perch together. (is it possible the axle tube/shaft rotated within the housing??) Took if for a drive and the steering wheel was cocked to the passenger side. All of the NASTY noises and vibration I was hearing were all now gone ( I thought it could’ve been coming from the drive shaft ). Even at speed no noise or vibration. So other than a bad alignment i wouldn’t have even thought twice. I looked under the truck again and came to realize looking at the axle from the back, the passenger side tube may be crooked but very very minor, difficult to tell. No fluid leaking anywhere. I took some photos and will attach them for reference but its difficult to tell. I know one of the U bolts isn’t in proper place. Whats the best way to move forward with this? I for sure intend to offroad the truck more. Worth getting a new 9.75 axle housing from Ford, transferring the good components over, and possibly getting it reinforced? Do people weld trusses on these axles? Ive seen the Currie Floater rearend but $6k is a bit much at this time. Any advice is much appreciated, thanks!

Looks like you indeed rotated the axle tube within the diff housing. If you’re really into such off-road antics I would either fix the existing diff/axle tube alignment and do a full weld around the axle tube/diff joint AND the spring perch plates attached to the axle tubes OR just replace the whole assembly AND do the full contact welding of all joints.

Should've just replaced all the damaged parts. Could cause more problems in the future and has caused more problems already.
