Having a tough time running the wire spool from the passenger door to the back. Any tips? Passenger rear door okay or front?

I started from the back of the frame rail and taped the loom every foot or so.
I got lucky it found it's way the first time I tried.
There is something inside the rail by the bend a stiffener plate or something.
I also have that claw pickup tool to grab and pull the wire out.
You could use a long stiff wire and do like you were running wires though sheet rock.
Or just run it along the outside like the wires are on the drivers side,
Hope that helps.

By the way can you tell us if the item you purchased from Amazon is correct and how was it packaged?
This way if someone wanted to go though PopandLock they could try and get it at the same price.

That's great. Did it come in a box or the plastic package?

I answered this morning on my smart phone and did not read your post correctly.
My answer would have been rear passenger door, for the SuperCab.
I do not know if there is more than one in the Super Crew.
I have not seen what a Super Crew door sill looks like, I'm assuming that it's two pieces one on each side of the middle pillar?
Maybe someone can post a picture of the grommet or best grommet location to use on a Super Crew.
And I would add it to the first post giving credit of course.

I guess you figured it out on your own.

Hey MTF, thanks for the awesome instructions! I got it done, works great! Btw, I didn't use another washer, nothing weird going on back there, it fits perfectly, no vibrations and things shaking around either.

Btw, yes it came in a plastic package.

Great, I had to use a washer it was binding a little bit making the key operation a little hard to turn.
PopandLock said they would look into it, I am guessing it's corrected now.
I added the foam just to protect the investment I paid $103 for mine :)

Hey Mr. Bullishone, (and or other members)

I have another Question did they fix the wires at the plugs or are they still in reverse?

I followed your instructions, it works. Didn't see reversed wires.
