Yea no kidding! I have a call in to a friend of a friend that is a ford SVT guy to see if he has any suggestions. I checked all the vent tubes again and they are perfect, looked at all the shaft seal areas to check for any sort of tiny leaks, all were perfect! The water we were in was no where near the top of the vent tubes and we were going slow so it couldn't have splashed in. I'm stumped.

It probably got in through the shaft seals. Spinning the axles while submerged will inevitably let some moisture in.

Ok so 2 f... king days at the Ford dealership and all they can tell me is that there is no oil leaking and they need to reposition my vent hoses. 2 f...king days and that's the best they can come up with!?? Now they need it a 3rd day to move 2 little freaking hoses?? It's crap like this that really ****** me off! They have probably literally done 1 hour of work and are gonna have it for 3 days.
