really? huh, I believe its 15k for my truck... but your diffes are alot smaller.. idk what coulda caused all that water to get in there, good thing you had it serviced when you did!No the recommended service is 30k I believe.

yeah, I cant think of anything either, other then maybe on the last run when we were goin thru the marsh and had to turn around... that water was up to the bottom of my truck!Yea no kidding! I have a call in to a friend of a friend that is a ford SVT guy to see if he has any suggestions. I checked all the vent tubes again and they are perfect, looked at all the shaft seal areas to check for any sort of tiny leaks, all were perfect! The water we were in was no where near the top of the vent tubes and we were going slow so it couldn't have splashed in. I'm stumped.

It probably got in through the shaft seals. Spinning the axles while submerged will inevitably let some moisture in.
