Since there is no wire harness and you still have high beams I would guess you fried the low beam fuse, located in the lower right kick panel below your glove box. If the bulb or ballast were bad the lights would not work at all.

Check out your owners manual for which location the fuse is in, maybe replacing that will get you back up and running.

If you would like to do a real HID upgrade give me a call - Raptor Retrofit

WAIT WHAT ??? I just took a closer look at that bulb pic, it looks like theres a low beam halogen bulb attached to the hID bulb, LMAO. That is some serious hack job going on there man, I would get those out of there ASAP before they cause any damage to your truck. just grab a set of h13 halogen bulbs for now and throw those back in.

I've seen those before - that's actually high beam halogen. Hence why your high beams still work. That's complete garbage and as ducati said get that out asap. I'd highly recommend a set of his retrofits.

I'd also recommend throwing all of that away and just temporarily installing an OE set of Sylvania h13s.

A big thanks to Ducati and others for sharing your thoughts and expertise!

Ducati, you WILL be hearing from me very soon. I do have a set of new H13 sitting here (Hellas) and I will install those today and uninstall the current junk. I hope I can figure what is OE and what is the "Kit". I HATE dealing with other people's "Projects". :banghead:

I may be back to ask more questions :whymewhyme:

Just unplug from the truck's output and throw away everything after it. In your pic here it is the gray quick disconnect with the yellow wire coming out. That will then plug into your oem H13 bulb.

Ok, the good Doctor's little "Full Race" eBay bargain is uninstalled and heading for the trash.........

What junk! The cases were already beginning to rust (in Vegas of all places :disgust:) and none of the components look very servicable. Heads up to anyone who is tempted with 4th tier epuipment such as this.

The Hellas are installed (temporarily) and working to spec. Thanks again to all who chimed in!
