In other news I now have to put a rubber tip on my icom whip just noticed it is chipping paint when it snaps back from a tree. Had to be today pretty proud the antenna is still mounted it took a branch at 80.

Not super pricey but my Sony DSLR wasn't cheap and never had an issue. I know plenty of others that do carry high end stuff without problems. This run shouldn't be that brutal.
