I know! Waiting on parts to show up sucks, but it sure is exciting lol

Waiting on parts is always the worst. Parts brought a hold to my radio install sadly. Looks like Father time was going to win the race against tasca UNTIL I called them and expressed displeasure that my parts had arrived at their warehouse and sad for a weekend plus 2 days. Apparently that was enough to get it upgraded to second day air and I should be done installing everything in the morning.

Side note: If you go looking for the stiff mechanics wire it is no longer called baling wire or mechanics wire or fencing wire. If you ask for that no one has a clue in AR wtf it is. Picture wire however yea they got tons of that.

Running wire through the fire wall.
I just did the same thing on little red. Ran power and ground direct to battery.

EXACTLY! in fact managed to get one through the grommet just below all the brain and A/C joints and through all that crap behind the glove box without taking it all apart and only slightly mauling my hand.
