Most of the raptors I see around here are driven by soccer dads living in suburbia on their .25 acre lots crammed next to other homes. Guess having a bad ass truck makes them feel good about themselves?

Nice Call Drippin ?? Pffft !! I'm one of those soccer dads you are referncing to !!!
Hate to break it to ya, but my kids and I love showing up to their soccer games in a Raptor...! And yes my Raptor is bad ass and yes I feel pretty damn good about it !!

Luckily the Raptor community is very tight up here were I am from. You will always get the tools that drive bone stock raptors and think they have trophy trucks, but for the most part the raptor community is awesome. I have made more friends at Raptor events than I can count!!

You kidding me LongIsland? You're from the most 'tool' laden area there is in the U.S.

Stock Raptor=A Tool?

Ain't nothing wrong with a stock vehicle if that's what the person who bought it chooses....does not make them less of a person or a 'tool' as you so blatantly state. To each his own.....stock, full modded, a few lights, etc....we're all Raptor owners.

And yes, unfortunately you live in 'tool' Country....Guidos Galore....I should know, I'm from the east coast and still visit my family there....***** Tools are everywhere.

Whatever floats your boat man. Just saying sad IMO how so many raptors are buried in surburbia on soccer duty. I bet 90% of the Raptors near me have never seen a dirt or gravel road....

are we really sharing hurt feelings about not getting waved to? if you seek acceptance and recognition from others that have the same vehicle as you... well, nevermind. And are we really equating taking up 2 spots in the back of a parking lot to "douches taking over" raptor ownership?

c'mon now guys...

Hey Five O. I wasn't saying that if you own a stock Raptor your a tool. I was saying that most of the guys I meet that are tools drive stock trucks and they have super high impressions of what they own.

This has been the best butch of people I have met. I have made a ton of good friends through these trucks. Stock or not we are all still Raptor owners and share the love!

I have owned both, a ZO6 and a Rubicon.
Let me tell you you are spot on.
The Vette wave was always followed with a REV.
The Jeep wave was always followed with a Light Bar Flash.
The Raptor wave is nothing like the Corvette/Jeep wave but even in the Jeep world, there are those who refuse to wave to Jeeps with square lights... Then there are those who won't wave to Jeeps with round lights... and nobody waves to anyone driving a Compass.
