Applique- fan or not?

You could always buy a replacement tailgate with step and appliqué.

Yes, but would cost wayyyy more than it would have if the truck was originally ordered with those options. Not worth the extra cost to me. I still may just make my own carbon fiber applique without the ford logo. I do like the contrast and the cf would match my interior.

When the Raptor started to be viewed on YouTube I absolutely hated the applique, until the day I saw it on a black raptor at a dealership, Its really well made and does not look like cheap plastic which I figured it would look like in person. It also ties in with the dynamic appearance of the Raptor front grill. That said I would not have it on a lighter color raptor.

now if it said raptor and the ditched the small f150 and raptor on the sides it would be better IMO
