Anyone running different brand 35" tires on their factory 17" beadlock wheels?

Aren’t E load tires much heavier than C load? That alone is enough for me to stick with the factory tires. They seem just fine to me.

Out of curiosity, what’s your driving behavior? I will be lucky to get 20k out of the factory KO2s, granted I frequently drive like I stole it. But still, no idea how some of you guys are getting 35k+, no less enough tread to sell them.

I too drive like an A-hole......I am at 38,*** miles and still have 5-10k left on them....(will replace before winter regardless)

but....I do a 5 tire rotation.......so that adds 20% more miles than what anyone would get on a 4 tire strategy.

I just turned 30k and I can see the wear, planning on a change within the next 5k or so, this thread helps.

Just finished 3rd Midwest winter with this truck. Mix of highway driving/ city and some gravel roads, about 50/50 normal and sport mode driving. Off road to me is for hunting, not hooning. I’m not doing burnouts as I leave every stoplight. Rotate 4 tires at 10k.
I was equally surprised that guys can’t get 25,000 out of theirs.

I find the stock KO2’s get pretty choppy on the sides of the tread by 5-7k miles. If you don’t keep up on the rotation, these tires will turn to junk in no time at all. I have 15k and keep up on the rotation with plenty of meat left on them. A little more noisy on some roads then when newer, but still as smooth as silk.

I run 36/34 pressures as well.

I've got 28k on mine and have rotated every oil change. There's still plenty of life on these, but they are sounding like crap above 40 mph. I'm wondering if it's a balance issue, but I typically get less life out of tires than typical, so probably just me.

2 pounds per tire. But you also bump to a 3 ply sidewall instead of a 2 ply. If you off-road it can matter, and with a 17” rim that’s a major part of where the mush on curves comes from. I don’t think you give up anything going to an E load on these trucks.

I've put over 30k on my factory tires...time to change due to road noise being unbearable. Looking at changing the entire setup and going with Icon bronze wheels with Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Had Nitto Trail Grapplers on last truck and was happy.

Only concern is how the bronze wheel will look on my Avalanche Grey.
