So you were able to get rid of that annoying message on start-up? I went to a local dealership and they checked that I had the latest sync installed and said there is nothing else that can be done. Ford changed the start-up to always have that annoying message for wi-fi.

No issues for me by the way.
Late Jan 2019 build with 2500 miles

My dealer said same thing. There are small updates done that they (dealer) don’t see by just simply looking at their computer and it saying Sync 3 version 3.3. I told self- “I will do it myself” and just see what happens. I went to Ford owner site and downloaded on flash stick per instructions on website. There is another series of numbers that refer to version updates. I don’t recall what they are now but they were different then version I had. Took all of 45 minutes from computer to install in truck.
Did it 4 days ago and messages are gone and I have it set to receive auto updates and it connects to my home WiFi much faster now.

My 2019 802A has been an absolute POS in its 7500 miles. I have to stop every 500 miles and put gas in it.

Maybe give a reason for the buy back? Kind of helps the rest of us out to know what potential issues are out there. Seems like the kind of thing the OP was looking for.

Cam phasers failed... Twice. I was without the truck a long time and did not take a rental. Glad I read that here since it helped the cause.

Bought mine brand in in 12/2018, only have 2500 miles on it today but not one issue..... My previous 2011 that I also bought brand new only had sunroof issues. 3 times it was stuck open and they replaced it. So far so good with my ownership......

19 and only 1,800 miles but no issues at all so far. I did get a 7 year/100k warranty on it just in case.
