Anyone install a cam yet?

I'm thinking of installing a cam when I do a build on my truck. Has anyone done one yet? Stage 2. How will it affect my gas mileage?

Only cam option I know of is Livernois for the 6.2L.

There are tons of cam options for the 5.4. Comp cams, FRPP, tons. They all fit the 3V mustang motors is why.
