I've done my maintenance at the LouFusz stealership so far but I'm looking for a place to do exhaust and other suspension mods.
Anybody in STL area or near know a good shop for general maintenance and mods?

Welcome to FRF. For things like exhaust work, I tend to do those things myself. The same goes for maintaining my Raptor. For suspension work I would check out PUR Performance or AxleBoy in St Charles County. I have not personally done any business with them, but it may be something you want to check into.
Also, if you are looking for more power from your Raptor, I highly recommend checking out @GooseTuned He got me set up with a Stage 1 tune and TCM tune. The Cobb Access Port I purchased separately since I had a nice discount code for Cobb.
