You are correct. The only differences are:

1. You get a lifetime warranty with the Truck Gear cover.
2. The emblem on the lock cover is different (Truck Gear vs. TCUSA).
3. The Truck Gear cover automatically comes with the "keyless entry" cord which is optional on the TCUSA cover.

The quote I got from Line-X on the Truck Gear version of this cover was about $600 more than what I ended up ordering the TCUSA version for. For me, it was not worth the extra money for the Lifetime Warranty and I also wanted to install it myself.

List price or out-the-door price? List on the TCUSA cover is anywhere from $1800 to $2500, depending on the website, but selling price seems to be $1500 to $1600. Local Line-X quoted me $2000 plus tax ($2174) and I ordered it for $1480 including keyless entry, free shipping and no tax.
