Just curious what other think of Cobb Customer Service. I have been trying to work with them for a bit now - getting response us like pulling teeth.
They seem to want to work through their e-mail system, but they basically don’t respond. So I call them, maybe get someone and then they react to the emails.
I simply want to spend money with them. Dang, they make it hard - GooseTune responds almost immediately. All the time. Nights, weekends, etc.
