update: alignment shop did not reset steering angle sensor(?) which is why the pull was so strong after alignment. and after hooking IWE up to hand pump, its not holding vacuum, so replacing that. new CV, IWE, alignment, and I'm replacing the wheel bearing while I'm in there since I have one on hand. Thanks for help everyone.
