i dont think is right to but these up to each other,since the hummer is a military vehicle and the f 250 is a road vehicle, and the hummer is made to drag ALLOT

Not really. The Hummer is a military vehicle, yes, but it wasn't designed to tow that much. The F250, on the other hand, is a civilian work truck designed to tow/haul things. The Hummer's main design was off road capability combined with payload. With that said, the Hummer wins because it's heavier, it's tires are larger, and it's geared wayyyyyyyy lower. The only advantage the F250 had was its street tires but that advantage was easily cancelled out by the Hummer's larger tires.
