Those range rovers are no joke for hitting the trail. Would like to have seen the raptor in 4 low with the tires aired down a little bit. Could have been even funnier

Just thinking, do you think those clowns owned those vehicles? Makes me wonder what they do with your car at the repair shop when you leave.

Camel Trophy ... you can look it up.

here are some misc Vids. Box stock . Take a close look at one next time you get a chance. If it has all options they can do allot of shit and go through even more.

I gotta respect it . They make it look pretty easy .

Exactly......when it comes to crawling, few things beat a Range Rover/Land Rover as much as I hate to admit it

Also a tug of war is never about how much power you have or how big your truck is......its simply a game of traction. If you notice the Raptor broke the tires loose first, in most videos you see, the guy/gal who breaks traction first usually loses.......

Here is a perfect example, and yes that is an actual diesel monster truck getting owned by a old school F350

I wasn't denying your claim or trying to argue it. Just simply, asking if you were being sarcastic or not because those kinds of sarcastic statements are made on the topic of 4x4's many times. And you know how hard it is to read sarcasm...

I have looked at a Range Rover before and I actually test drove a 2011 Supercharged. In my opinion, that Range Rover I test drove would fail at moderate to tough off-road obstacles. The main problem is the approach angle and then the long wheelbase partnered with low ground clearance. Yes, it has airbags and the clearance can be adjusted but it's not nearly enough. Another thing I'd like to point out is that there were no recovery points on the front end of the 2011 Range Rover, IIRC. I remember this was a huge "WTF" in my mind when I was looking at them. I asked the salesman why it had no recovery points and he told me that you'd never get stuck to need it.:shitsweak: A Range Rover may be capable but even the 4x4's can get stuck.

I haven't had a chance to check out any of the older models but from what I've seen on those new ones I am not impressed at all.

And those vids you put up, well, they're simply amazing. Respect to them!

To add to that, the Raptor had A/T's while the Range Rover had street tires. You can see the Raptor's tires skip around more because the tread is further apart.

Street tires on the street > A/T's on the street.

This kinda contradicts what I said but you guys know what the difference is! There might be some hater reaction if I post this but I like to start shit anyway.

Not at all :waytogo:........you can clearly see in that video to, it was whoever had traction, as soon as the F250 started smokin'em the Hummer was pulling his ass every where.....also in a fair tug of war, you never "yank" or start out with the rope/chain loose, you'll see some serious carnage if you do that
