Yes, you can jack the truck up, deflate the bags and push them in relatively easily, removal is the opposite. If you use the spacer setup for the raptor it would appear the springs have to come completely out.
I notice the kit has some hardware but not sure if it is just the air valve and hose or if there are some bolts for the spacers. If the bags are taken out, will the spacers need to come out? Easy in and out unless you have to pull the springs to get the spacer in and out.
I am going to look at these at a local shop in a day or two. Probably pull the trigger and get them then also.

Update: today I went to get about 30 bags of mulch. Before I picked them up I aired up to 35psi, truck rode great, firm but great. Loaded up the 35 bags of mulch, no sag, and the truck rode great again.
I did go ahead and check to see if I could get the bottom spacer in without removing the shocks after jacking the truck up on one side and it appears its doable.

I just received my kit today and was wondering the same thing. The directions say to pull the shocks for installation. Has anyone done these without pulling the shocks?

Post some details if you decide to do the install yourself, especially with the spacers. I just went to a local place and he quoted me $500 for parts and install. Summit Racing is selling them for $177. Rather do it myself if I don't have to mess with removing the springs.

I really think you can get them in without the removal of the spring. I would say install the bottom spacer first, then the bag, and lastly the upper spacers.

Do you need to get the tire off the ground and droop it?

I have my kit on the bench now. At its thickest point, the spacer is right about 3”, I haven’t lifted er up yet, but if you can get that much of a gap or perhaps slightly less (because the spacer is slightly flexible) when the coil is extended, you are good to go.

@cscape great question I don't think the rear tire was off the ground but very close to being off it not. The amount of droop in these Gen3 trucks is silly.

It's downright rediculous. Even with 8" off-road jack extension from my UTV it still barely lifts it enough to put 37's on, I had maybe 1/2" between my garage floor.
