You can't run hub rings on the NV since it uses a push thru cap. You can run a ring without the cap however for the NV's we've sold, the lug centric mounting seems to be fine.

So, to clarify, I can run these with the centercaps and without hubcentric rings?

Yeah, that's what everyone is doing that's running caps on the NV, standard, double standard, fat five, Mesh, Hole and Grid. The only Methods that are hub centric are the Roost, Con6 and Vex

I have the Sota SSDs and I think they look great. I had the rings powder coated gunmetal grey to match the trim as closely as possible. The rings were out being powder coated when I took this pic. I'll take some new pics this wk when I get them on and the Rigid 40" light bar and 3 pr of Rigid fogs that I just bought on it.

Those look great! Are they 20s? I'm sticking with 17s...
I like the style of them...not flashy, but a good off road wheel and a slightly better stance than stock. I think the 17s are a +6, which should stick out an inch further than stock.

Guys - I found a website that is probably one of the best wheel sites I've seen. The fitment tool actually has the G2 Raptor and will give you advice on both stock and aggressive fitments. They have many of the wheels mentioned on this thread.

I ran across some Raceline Wheels (Shift 930B) that look interesting. Stock fitment in 17" yet only 26lbs w/2,500 load rating and the offset is +18.



After installing HRE wheels on my daily driver, I'm still shocked at the cost of these rims. I wonder if I should purchase an extra one or two just in case I pancake one of these wheels (Fuel, Methods, Raceline etc..)

Anyone have any durability concerns with these wheels? Or does the larger sidewall essentially create a buffer that won't put the rim at risk even under heavy off-road usage...?

So I'm finally down to 2 different rims, and now looking at tires. Have heard nothing but great things about the Toyo Open Country M/Ts, but then I looked at the weight and WOW...83LBs??? Goodyear MTR and the BFG AT are 67 and 70lbs.
Really?? The Toyos are 13/15 pounds more?? That's crazy....any insight as to why?
