Advice Requested: 2020 SCAB Suspension

Soliciting feedback and suggestions from those who have likely traveled this road: I am planning to off-road my 2020 SCAB (35k miles) for the first time.
Truck is basically stock, all scheduled maintenance completed by local dealer.
No plans for towing, assume <500 lbs. in the bed.
Use cases include: Ford Raptor Run, Texas Raptor Run and later, a Baja trip with TRR.

I intend to focus on suspension first and will likely have a local shop bid on this work.
Based on an initial budget of $10-12k, and what I've read to date, here is what I'm thinking of doing:
- Replace OEM shocks with Fox 3.0 live valves front and rear (better upgrade than rebuilding the OEM shocks)
- Deavers +3
- SVC Adjustable bump stop system
- FOX 2.5" bump stops

To those of you in the know: Do I have my priorities in order? Anything I have missed? Anything above that is NOT necessary? Anything you would do differently?

That's a good starting point, but you are about to open a can of worms. There are more than a number of these question threads available via the search function.

If you have the factory bedlock ready wheels, I would look at the Ford Performance rings and convert to full beadlock. You didn't mention tire size, so i am assuming 35s. 37s will require a lot more work.

Lower slot delete. This will require a UCA adjustment. Most UCA require zero offset wheels.

Tie rod ends are weak and should be added to your first round mod list.

You may need drop shackles to bring the rear down level to the front.

Seeing as you are already replacing the factory shocks, I would look at a rear bypass set up. With the off roading you have planned, this is the way. The rear kicks hard over bumps. Lots of trade offs for for normal truck stuff. You WILL have 2 big holes in the bed. But the ride quality off road is far superior.

You will also want two spare wheels. 2 is 1, and 1 is none.

This is just a rough list and can be expanded on. But a good starting point.

Definitely off to a good start. I did all those upgrades you listed on my ‘19 last year and this year.

As @Nex mentioned, you will definitely need drop shackles so throw those on your list.

Based on the weight you plan to have in the bed, I would also recommend +3 HD instead.
