ADD Bumper and adaptive cruise. Put the ADD honeybadger on my 24 801a with acc. The acc was repositioned on the driver side up higher. In the process the active shutters on the driver side have been removed. Not happy with the looks of the open radiator as well as any functionality that may be affected. Is there a way to modify the acc bracket so the active shutters can stay intact and functioning. I can’t see why the bracket can’t push the acc sensor closer to the grill allowing the shutters to stay intact place. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

you could probably make your own bracket fairly easily. I had better success moving the sensor to the low position under the R. I think there is probably enough room to make it work with the shutters

The smaller opening in the bumper can restrict airflow compared the the stock opening. I would recommend removing the rest of the shutters. You will keep your temperatures down some, and you’ll definitely help with heat soak in the summer; even more so if you tow anything.

Sorry forgot to comment about the ACC location. That spot has worked fairly well for me. If you get an error, make sure it’s not full of bugs

What bumper did you put on? Did you make your own bracket? How about getting to oil filter as well?

I used ADD's bracket and just made it work. I couldn't tell you on oil, I always had the dealer do it. They didn't mention it being overly difficult.
