2004+ F-150 is one of the few vehicles that have two alignment pins through the leaf pack. It's probably better that he didn't drill one hole because he would have actually had to drill two holes, one on each side of the existing hole, to keep the add-a-leaf centered in the pack.

Sorry to hijack your thread, Mad Max...I didn't intend to.

I reached out to General Spring and Atlas Suspension today...

Pete at Atlas said that he doesn't recommend an AAL, he thinks it will stiffen up the ride too much. He recommends their progressive pack (obviously)...

But Joe at General Spring said their F150 AAL is actually for the F150 but the springs run the same measurement as the Raptor, so they'll have to change the arch of the spring to match the Raptor. With that being said, the spring will raise the truck around 1.5”.

No problem, good information. Curious how it works out.

I've been so busy with work, that I've not had a chance to run by Nashville Spring yet to have them look at mine. Keep us posted.

I've had a spring shop simply make me an additional leaf for the stock pack.

I haul a 2000 lb pallet often, and the truck barely squats. The ride empty is no different.

$300 installed.
