Active VE52 Power Washer

Anyone's Active VE52 power washer sound like you are pulling the trigger than releasing it than pulling again and releasing it when its not in use but powered on. Like its reaving up or something. Does it every 1-2 minutes when im not using it.

Also any good 50ft power washer hose to replace the short one it comes with. Is this one okay?

I purchased a hose from the standard home improvement store 15 years ago. No issues and my washer is 3200 psi. That hose has easily seen 200 hours of use
