AC Issues

Hey y'all, hoping to get an assist figuring out an AC issue with a 14 that I just picked up. On the highest air setting, you get a constant whining sound. The air pressure is noticeably weaker than other gen 1s I've been in as well, just doesn't blow that hard for being on max. Dealer has supposedly replaced the blower motor twice and are shrugging shoulders as to what else to look at. Anyone have any thoughts?

Sounds like my wife, whines, then doesn't blow hard. I think there have been issues with the blend door actuators. Could be the blowing problem.

Gen 1’s don’t have cabin air filters; it’s common for them to get dirt/debris in the HVAC box and Evaporator, causing airflow restrictions. If it’s been used off road it’s even worse. The blower motor resistor isn’t used on “High”, so if the airflow is still low in that setting it’s not the resistor.
