GEN 1 AC Air Condition Musty Odor smell

Gen 1 / 2013 SCREW with 94k miles on the Odometer
Ok fellas....I figured I post this since there is still daylight over here so I can hopefully get some good replies.

As soon as I kick on the AC I get the Musty Odor smell in the vents.....This ONLY happens when I turn on the AC
I looked at the bottom of the Raptor / passenger side and I don't see the Evaporator condensation drainage on to the ground. Truck has been running in traffic for about 1 hour in 85 degree weather.

I inspected the Passenger floorboard and floormat there is no condensation.

I've read through the other forums.....and the consensus is...that my Evaporator is not draining at all and that the condensation is trapped causing this odor?

Any Comments is appreciated and I THANKYOU in advance.

Check the drain on the firewall (good luck it’s a BITCH to even find it); passenger side behind the head/block. Insect could have built a nest in it or something...

I had the same problem with my "17 Raptor. Here's how I fixed it... so far. I first removed the wipers and then the cowling. The washer fluid tubes were long enough that I could easily move the cowling out of the way. Under the cowling I found a lot of water black gunk trapped between the cowling and the metal panel. I removed the debris, washed the area completely and applied some Lysol. That was two weeks ago and the smell has not returned despite the horrible rains, heat and humidity we've been having. So far, So Good!
