Between the radio and the sun roof I don't notice it too much. But it still eats at me that it happens and I'm concerned about the long term effects on the splines.

Any updates from anyones dealers or from Ford?

I just returned from ordering mine and while I was there the regional rep from Ford was there as well. The GM was beating him up over the long delivery dates and he brought him over to talk to me about the length of time it would take before delivery. I was told there was build hold on the trucks due to a part(s) supply issue. When I ask if it has anything to do with the dreaded clunk all I got were blank stares. But I was told that production has begun again.
I was told to expect delivery in 6 to 8 weeks and they would be calling me in the next 7 days with the VIN. Needless to say I’m not holding my breath.

Not to worry, there's no damage being done. Although the issue presents itself as something that may be wearing badly or taking chunks out of splines, it's actually not and I, as I'm sure every other tech, has yet to see any damage to the driveshaft or output shaft.

It still sounds and feels like shit. No modern passenger vehicle should have this problem, despite what the apologists have to say.

We are not saying that it should be acceptable, only that until there is a remedy it is not damaging your truck. SOCO is exactly right, the Raptor is not the first vehicle to have this concern and never have I seen this concern damage anything. Please do not think we are saying you should just live with it.

What is the difference between the 2010 and 2011? Did they re-engineer the tail shaft or the spline? Did they change to a different metal someplace?
