I went with the 802a package mostly because I thought the non BLIS tailights make the truck look horrible. I really like all the extra features as they are all useful .. I was kicking myself for not adding the Tech package but I have the lane departure and adaptive CC on my Audi and I turn both off .. lane departure gets screwy on nyc highways and in 2 years I used the CC once ... I'm really happy with the 802a package w/o the tech package ..

You can add the BLIS though with 801A. Same with 360 camera and some other items cherry picked from 802A. That's the route I went. Still think I should have went 802A though.

Does the smaller screen in the instrument panel still have all the functions of the larger screen?

If you have a 4.10 ring and pinion in the rear, you'll have to have a 4.10 (or 4.11) in the front.

After looking at the Ford site it looks like the difference is you get a Torsen limited slip in the front with the 802A package.

801a here

remote start
4.10 front diff
moonroof
bedliner

love it except I have no nav. I can not get android auto to function.

Thats unfortunate about your phone and the nav. But for a few bucks you can get a phone that will work. Still a big savings.
