I ordered the 2022 in 800a with Torsen and convenience pkg. I feel you have to get a 360 camera and locking diffs (limited slip) in a 4x4 of this size and caliber but starting to wonder if I should have ordered 801a, just hate another $4K...

went back and forth with 800a with torsen/convenience v 801a with Pro Power, flipped a coin and went with 801a with pro power...nice but spending 5k more.....sometimes I wish I went with the 800a w/ torsen/convenience though but at this point I'll be happy to get anything given the delays

I have a 2021 800a. I agree with most that anything beyond Torsen and Tow Package (360 camera) just go 801a. I ended up putting in a 2022 37 order at MSRP to trade up next year (if I make out whole). Someone mentioned a $79k Vroom offer for a 800a - so I could essentially trade up to a 37 with money to spare.

I do like the look of the headlights better but worry about reliability with dynamic movement

that said I ordered by putting a price on each additional item

B&O $1000
BlueCruise $1000
front sensors: $500
heated steering wheel: $100
wireless charger: $100
headlights: $500
nicer leather seats: $500
the rest I don't really want/need although I do like the Ford on the tailgate
BMW has had dynamic headlights since early 2000’s. I have had them in every car and I have never once had a failure. That is 8 different cars and SUV’s from 2004-2017 (2 at a time)
